Mawarid Holding Investment LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MHI Digital Business Card mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

When you create an account and build your digital business card, we collect:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Job title and company name
Profile photo and company logo
Website URL and social media links
Account credentials (stored securely via Supabase Auth)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Create and display your digital business card
Generate your unique card link and QR code
Allow others to save your contact details (vCard)
Authenticate your account securely

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

3. Data Storage and Third Parties

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud database and authentication provider. Supabase stores your data on servers located in the United States. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

4. Authentication

You may sign in using your Microsoft account via Microsoft Azure Active Directory (SSO). In this case, Microsoft handles authentication and we only receive your name and email address from your Microsoft profile. We do not have access to your Microsoft password.

5. Data Sharing

Your business card information (name, title, company, contact details, photo) is intentionally made available via your unique card link and QR code so that others can view and save your contact. Only the information you choose to add to your card is publicly accessible via your card link.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
